Fibroids and Unexplained Infertility Treatment with Epigallocatechin Gallate; A Natural CompounD in Green Tea (FRIEND)

Women (age 18-40) with fibroids seeking intrauterine insemination for infertility. This trial uses non-hormonal, non-surgical treatments for fibroids using low caffeine green tea extract (EGCG) in capsule form. The purpose is to examine EGCG’s impact on shrinking fibroids and improving the lining of the uterus for better embryo implantation. The goal is to achieve pregnancy.
