Biography
Megan Goslin, PhD, specializes in learning disabilities and dyslexia, in addition to mental health disorders such as adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and acute stress disorder. She also provides emotionally focused therapy and grief and loss counseling.
Goslin's research interests include family well-being and child development, particularly early trauma treatment and identification, parenting program outcomes, co-parenting and child self-regulation, and cognitive approaches in parenting intervention and prevention. Her work explores factors that identify at-risk youth following traumatic events and evaluates how participation in parenting programs can lead to positive outcomes for both parents and children.
Goslin is an associate professor of child psychology at Yale University School of Medicine.
