Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Program

As one of only two dedicated cystic fibrosis programs in Connecticut, we offer a multidisciplinary, comprehensive approach to care for our patients. We follow approximately 130 patients with cystic fibrosis, ranging in age from newborn to 65. Our neonatal screening program offers early identification of pediatric cystic fibrosis.

Our experienced team of providers includes pediatric pulmonologists, pediatric pulmonary fellows, a nurse practitioner, registered nurses,a social worker,respiratory therapists, and a nutritionist. We actively collaborate with pediatric gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, and surgeons.

In recognition of our commitment and accomplishments in improving care for people with cystic fibrosis, our program received a Quality Care Award from the national Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
