Multiple Ligament Knee Injury
Definition
Multiple ligament knee injury is a complex condition involving damage to two or more of the major ligaments in the knee joint, such as the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), medial collateral ligament (MCL), and lateral collateral ligament (LCL). These injuries often result from high-energy trauma, sports accidents, or falls and can lead to joint instability, pain, and limited mobility.
