Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) is a minimally invasive medical procedure used to treat an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) by reinforcing the weakened section of the aorta with a stent graft. Endovascular stent grafting is the process of placing a stent graft, which is a tube made of fabric supported by a metal mesh, inside the affected area of the blood vessel to provide support and prevent rupture.
